Every growing company relies on a strong operational backbone to keep everything moving. As PA to the CEO & Founder at Limelight Inc., Louisa manages the operational and administrative workload that supports David and the wider leadership team, helping the business run smoothly as it grows.

Louisa has spent her career working alongside CEOs and senior leadership teams in London-based international businesses, building deep expertise in executive support, operations and workplace management.

She spent 17 years at Kaplan International, supporting the company as it scaled from 6 to more than 400 employees. Over that time, she project-managed 11 office fit-outs, including a £1.3m refurbishment. She went on to lead operational and workplace functions at FinTech PrimaryBid and The Juice Plus+ Company, overseeing office projects, facilities, procurement, travel and employee experience. In parallel, she founded and grew her own language business in North London.

Since joining Limelight a few months ago, Louisa has become a trusted point of support for the leadership team. She has taken on a growing share of the operational and administrative workload, anticipating challenges before they surface and giving David and the team the time and space to focus on growth.

Coming from outside the industry, she has used these first months to learn the business and the world of adtech in depth, while finding new ways to add value. As Limelight grows, she is looking to lead company-wide projects, refine processes and help build the operational structure that an increasingly international team needs.

The move into adtech has been a big change, and one she has embraced from the start. In Louisa’s own words:

“Joining Limelight has been a completely new challenge for me, which is exactly what I wanted. I may be new to adtech, but I’m able to bring years of experience in supporting senior leaders, running operations and making things happen behind the scenes. I love the pace, the international nature of the team and the fact that no two days are the same. From the outset, I’ve been trusted to take ownership and get involved, and I’m excited to see how my role develops as Limelight continues to grow.”

Outside of work, Louisa traded London for life in Fuerteventura, where she has embraced island living. A passionate linguist and traveller, she speaks English, Italian, Spanish and French, and loves exploring different cultures. She also keeps active through running, especially along the beach, and Latin dancing.
