With a strong background in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics and Product Operations across a wide range of sectors, Josué joined Limelight in May 2026 to elevate our data to a new level. He brings deep skills in SQL, Python, Power BI, Qlik, and reporting automation. "I am very excited to join Limelight at such an interesting stage of growth”, he says. “I look forward to learning from the team, contributing quickly and helping build stronger data foundations for the business."

Throughout his career, he has developed KPI-driven dashboards, consolidated data from multiple sources and reduced manual reporting efforts by up to 30%, helping teams turn complex information into actionable insights. At Limelight, Josué plays a key role in strengthening data governance, reporting infrastructure and analytics capabilities within the ad-tech and programmatic advertising space. 

His long-term goal is to become a trusted partner across Product, Engineering, Compliance and Business teams, supporting scalable growth and strategic initiatives related to Supply Path Optimisation, OpenRTB, product intelligence and compliance readiness. Since coming on board, Josué has been focusing on gaining a deep understanding of Limelight’s platform, data workflows and reporting requirements, while delivering reliable analysis that creates immediate value. 

Outside of work, Josué has a keen interest in technology, artificial intelligence, business strategy and design. His background in architecture has given him a strong eye for structure, detail and visual thinking. He enjoys travelling, exploring the Canary Islands, staying active and working on projects that combine creativity, analysis and practical problem-solving.

It is this combination of analytical rigour and creative thinking that makes him a valuable addition to the Limelight team.
