Meet Aleesha Susan, our Product Manager, who joined the team in May 2026. Bringing more than nine years of experience across leading organizations including MonetizeMore, Beauty Bay, Amazon, and several Swiss technology companies, Aleesha has built an impressive track record of driving product innovation and delivering measurable business results. Throughout her career, she has worked at the intersection of product development, adtech, and business growth, helping organisations scale their platforms and optimise performance. Her contributions have even earned her recognition as one of the Top Women in AdTech and Media in 2024.

At Limelight, Aleesha is focused on creating solutions that make life easier for our partners while supporting the continued evolution of our platform. In the short-term, she is leading initiatives around ticket deflection and documentation improvements, helping create a more seamless experience for both clients and internal teams. Looking ahead, her vision is to leverage AI-powered agents to simplify workflows, unlock efficiencies, and further enhance the value we deliver to our partners.

Outside of work, Aleesha is passionate about health, fitness, and longevity. She regularly hosts workshops focused on running and epigenetic, combining her curiosity for science and wellbeing with a desire to help others build healthier, more sustainable lifestyles.
